Terms of Service
Effective October 12, 2026
These terms apply when you use Suave Label Cropper (suavelabelcropper.com, “the service”), which is run by Anna Marie Bartolome (“we”, “us”). By using the service or signing in, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
The service
The service lets you crop labels from PDF files, create barcode and QR code labels, and check with a camera whether printed codes can be read. Your files, and the camera video used to check codes, are processed in your own browser and are not uploaded to us. The camera is used only while you are checking a code and only with your permission, and nothing it captures is recorded or stored (see the Privacy Policy).
Your account
You sign in with your Google account (or another sign-in service we offer). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping the account you sign in with secure. One account is for one person or business; please don’t share it or create several accounts to get around plan limits.
Plans and payments
- Some features and higher limits require a paid plan. The current plans, limits and prices are shown on the Plans page before you buy.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy a plan, you also agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
- Prices do not include sales tax, VAT or other taxes, which are added at checkout where required.
- Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under Plans → Manage subscription; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If you switch between paid plans, the price difference for the rest of the current period is charged, or credited to your next payments, straight away.
- We may change prices or plan limits. We will tell subscribers before a price change affects their next renewal.
Refunds
You can ask for a refund within 15 days of any payment, for any reason, minus the processing fee Paddle keeps on a refunded payment (a full refund where the law requires one). The details are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
Checking your labels
You are responsible for checking every label before you use it. Make sure each cropped or created label is complete, correct, printed at the right size and scans properly before shipping or selling. Scan & Check shows whether your device could read a code; it is not a certified barcode verification or a quality grade. We are not responsible for refused, delayed or misdelivered packages, carrier fees, marketplace penalties or other losses caused by a label.
Acceptable use
- Use only files and data you have the right to use.
- Don’t use the service for anything illegal, including fraudulent or counterfeit labels.
- Don’t try to get around plan limits, interfere with the service, or access other people’s accounts.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Trademarks
USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon and other carrier and marketplace names are trademarks of their owners. Suave Label Cropper is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may stop offering the service or any part of it; if we stop a paid plan, we will refund the unused part of your current period.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell signed-in users before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
