What is Suave Label Cropper?

Suave Label Cropper is a website that crops shipping labels, SKU and FNSKU barcode labels, QR codes and stickers out of PDF files, ready to print on a label printer. It also makes barcode labels and checks that printed codes scan. It runs in your web browser, so there is nothing to install.

Cropping shipping labels

How do I crop a shipping label to 4×6?

Sign in with Google (it’s free) and choose your PDF. In Smart Crop, keep Shipping labels (4×6) selected and press Find labels. Every label in the PDF is found and shown, so you can check them. Then press Crop & Download or Crop & Print. Each label becomes one 4×6 page of a single PDF.

Which shipping labels does it work with?

Labels from USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, OnTrac, Amazon Logistics, Japan Post, Yamato and Sagawa, including labels you buy on eBay, Etsy, Amazon and Mercari, and Amazon FBA box labels. Labels are found by their tracking barcode, so a sheet with 2 or 4 labels gives one crop per label. You can crop to 4×6 in or 100×150 mm.

Does it leave out the packing slip and receipt?

Yes. Receipts, packing slips, terms and instructions printed beside the label are left out of the crop. Pages without a barcode, packing slips and USPS SCAN forms are skipped.

Will my label be blurry after cropping?

No. Pages are never turned into pictures. Each label keeps the original text and barcode lines from your PDF, so it prints as sharp as the PDF you started with. Nothing is enhanced or changed.

What if a label is sideways or the crop isn’t right?

Sideways and upside down labels are turned upright for you. Labels the tool is unsure about are marked check. You can rotate or remove any result, or open it in Manual Crop to draw the box yourself.

SKU, FNSKU and barcode labels

Can it crop SKU, FNSKU and barcode labels or stickers?

Yes. In Smart Crop, choose Custom size labels and pick a label size, such as 2×1 in, or enter your own in inches, cm or mm. Each label or sticker on the sheet becomes its own page, scaled to fit without stretching.

Can I make my own barcode labels?

Yes, with Create Barcode. It makes Code 128, EAN-13, UPC-A and QR code labels from 1×1 to 4×4 in, or your own size, with up to 1,000 copies in one PDF. It’s free and works without an account.

How do I check that a printed barcode scans?

Open Scan & Check on your phone and point the camera at the printed label. It shows whether the code reads, what it contains, and what to try if it doesn’t. It’s free and works without an account. A good result means your phone could read the code; it isn’t a formal barcode grade.

Printing

Which label printers does it work with?

Label printers like Rollo, Zebra, DYMO, Brother, MUNBYN, Phomemo, iDPRT, Polono, Arkscan and Honeywell. If your printer shows up when you press Print in your browser or PDF viewer, it works. Each crop is a normal PDF page at the exact label size.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Suave Label Cropper runs in your web browser on Windows, Mac or any other computer, so there is nothing to install or update.

Privacy

Is my PDF sent to a server?

No. Your PDF opens in your browser and is never sent to a server or stored. We never see your files, their names or what is on your labels. The Privacy Policy has the details.

Plans and payments

Is it free?

Yes, you can start free. The Free plan crops 300 labels a month, up to 100 per download, from 3 different PDFs a day. Cropping needs a free account: sign in with Google, no password needed. Create Barcode and Scan & Check are free without an account.

How much do Pro and Max cost?

Pro is $7.99 a month or $79.99 a year, for 2,000 labels a month with any number of labels per download. Max is $14.99 a month or $149.99 a year, for unlimited labels. Prices are in US dollars. See plans and pricing →

How are labels counted?

A label is counted when its crop is downloaded or printed. Downloading or printing exactly the same crop again isn’t counted twice, and making barcodes or scanning is never counted. Counts start again on the 1st of each month (UTC).

Can I cancel or get a refund?

You can cancel at any time under Manage subscription, on the Plans page or your account page. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for. You can ask for a refund within 15 days of any payment; the Refund Policy has the details. Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record.
