How to crop SKU and FNSKU barcode labels from a sheet
Updated October 14, 2026
To crop SKU or FNSKU barcode labels from a sheet, open the PDF in Suave Label Cropper, choose Custom size labels in Smart Crop, pick your label size (such as 2×1 in), press Find labels, then Crop & Download. Each label on the sheet becomes its own page at exactly that size, ready for a label printer.
Steps
- Save the sheet as a PDF. Download your label sheet as a PDF, or press Print and choose Save as PDF as the printer.
- Sign in. Go to suavelabelcropper.com and sign in with Google. It’s free, with no password.
- Choose your PDF and label size. Drop your PDF on the page or press Choose a PDF. In Smart Crop, choose Custom size labels, then pick your label size: 2×1 in, 2.25×1.25 in, 50×30 mm, 40×30 mm, or your own size in inches, cm or mm.
- Find the labels. Press Find labels. Every label in the PDF is found and shown. A label marked check needs a quick look: rotate it, remove it, or use its Adjust button to fix the box in Manual Crop.
- Crop. Press Crop & Download or Crop & Print. Each label becomes one page at your label size, scaled to fit without stretching.
Sheets it handles
Smart Crop is checked against label PDFs laid out like these:
- A sheet of labels with gaps between them.
- A sheet where the labels touch, with light grey dotted guides or a table with grid lines. It is cut along the sheet’s grid, one label each.
- A sheet where every label has the same barcode. Each label is still cut out on its own.
- A sheet mixing barcode labels and stickers.
If a label doesn’t crop the way you want, press Adjust manually and draw the box yourself in Manual Crop.
Good to know
- Your PDF opens in your browser and is never sent to a server or stored.
- Labels keep the quality of your PDF: pages are never turned into pictures, so text and barcodes stay sharp.
- The Free plan crops 300 labels a month. See plans and pricing →
- Printed it? Scan & Check on your phone tells you whether the barcode reads.
